None of the information contained in any page on this site is confirmed or warranted by any party. Confirmation of information published herein is the sole responsibility of the Client. You are responsible for conducting your own investigation regarding any and all claims made by Owners and Advertisers. Owners and Advertisers (these terms to also include Tour Operators and Travel Agents) are deemed to be responsible for confirming information before enlisting services and to qualify all Clients before entering into a contract but, as itsagreengreenworld.com is not involved in any transaction between any party, it cannot ensure that Owners, Advertisers or Clients will complete any transaction nor is it liable for any claim between Clients, Owners and Advertisers. Cancellation by Owner

Vacation property listings with itsagreengreenworld.com can be canceled at anytime. Itsagreengreenworld.com service will be canceled within two weeks of the day of notification.

Cancellation by Advertiser

Advertisements on this site may be withdrawn or cancelled provided that all conditions of any contract between Advertiser and itsagreengreenworld.com have been fulfilled and all monies paid in full.

Listing Policies

Itsagreengreenworld.com reserves the right to delist any holiday property at its discretion and cancel service without notification. Owners are expected to follow the Acceptable Content Policies*. Listings which do not adhere to these policies are subject to cancellation at the sole discretion of Itsagreengreenworld.com.

*Acceptable Content Policies

These policies are established in order to preserve a fair and orderly site for the listing of vacation properties and in order to maintain a "family safe" environment. Note that these policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated from time to time.

All content must be "family safe" and "G" rated. Listings may not contain vulgarity, or comments related to racism, violence, hate, or references of a sexual nature. Such references will be removed without notice. In the case of disputed content, the operators of this site will be the final judge as to the appropriateness of the content.

Itsagreengreenworld.com reserves the right to alter, exclude, or reject in part or in whole, any information supplied by Owners. Information submitted to and published by Itsagreengreenworld.com becomes the copyrighted property of Itsagreengreenworld.com. Unauthorized copying or use of such information is prohibited by law and is subject to criminal prosecution.
